Grade: LNL
Description: A general purpose matt pigment foil for the graphics sector.
Main characteristics: Suitable on a wide range of substrates with excellent versatility. Very good foil for fine detail and solid areas. It has a good opacity and can be overprinted. An excellent foil for a variety of paper labels and also good for bar codes.
Fields of application: Labels, cartons, woven ribbons, napkins, bookbinding cloths, leather goods.
Definition: Fine to Medium
Stamping method: Vertical, Platen, Cylinder & Rotary
Working temperature: Vertical 90 – 130 °C Platen 90 – 130 °C Cylinder 130 – 180 °C
This should just be used as guidance due to the fact that the temperature is directly related to speed of machinery.
