Grade: MF
Description: A general purpose metallic foil for the plastics sector.
Main characteristics: Excellent on OPP/PET film laminated paper & board as well as a wide range of uncoated/coated paper & board. Good on cylinder machines maintaining a high gloss level.
Fields of application: Self adhesive labels, flat sheet labels, magazines, packaging for cosmetics,
wine & spirit boxes, greeting cards & giftwrap.
Definition: Fine to Medium.
Stamping method: Vertical, Platen, Cylinder & Rotary
Working temperature: Vertical 110 – 140 °C   Platen 110 – 140 °C   Cylinder 130 – 160 °C   Rotary 150 – 210 °C
This should just be used as guidance due to the fact that the temperature is directly related to speed of machinery.
